COPFC only asks for information needed to respond to enquiries, help families choose appropriate sessions and manage communication connected to club activity.

When you use the contact form, we may receive details such as your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry topic and message. This information is used to reply to your enquiry and support the service you asked about.

Website form submissions may be processed by the website hosting provider. COPFC does not sell personal information and will not use your details for unrelated marketing without permission.
